History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Uadjit was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. After a long history of fighting, Nykkan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Volen abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Bryseis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Gardener, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She struck the Stableman job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and doesn't want to be a stableman and was forced into it by her family
