Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Lance isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
