History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy white hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Darrow is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Darrow fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
