Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to be a courier again

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'7" and has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is an amazing painter.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: Standing 3'2", this man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to reunite with his absent father
