History: Born in the west to a Miner, Serpent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Salasar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Salasar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
