History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A 5'10" northern man, he prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Chem was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Kithri lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
