History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. River is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after River was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. River's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
