Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hand crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are silver and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Purson's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Purson fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He is a Barkeep first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barkeep for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Volen would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Volen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
