History: Paela was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Performer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 27. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
