History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. After coming to the age of reason, Hecat took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
