Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Oblar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
