Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses like a well dressed Roofer does. His red hair is thinning but still full. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Iados was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Iados abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has dyed her greying cinnamon fur a little too much giving a sharp cinnamon color. Her yellow eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her first spouse was a Roofer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She struck the Cook job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Bardryn was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bardryn's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and tiefling compassion

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Elizabeth and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is greedy
