Personality: Shamash is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Shamash enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
