Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Godfrey enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
