History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Himo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Reirak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.
