History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the north. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
