Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ootah grew up listening to her father's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
