Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Tippletoe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
