Personality: Dagger is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. After coming to the age of reason, Dagger took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
