Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Oppleby was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Oppleby was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Description: She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'6" when asserting herself. She wears her red crest down. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson green hat.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Perra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
