He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
