History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Helgret was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was a Crown-heir, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Helgret fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Myria was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Myria was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Myria decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
