He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
