When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 27. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She has a very tight haircut. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A true patriot, Balifra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Balifra was born the youngest of three triplets. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Stylist. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
