Description: He is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'8" when asserting himself. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Fibblestib was born the youngest of three triplets. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Emerald was born the youngest of three triplets. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He has blonde hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ivellios grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ivellios. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to pay off his debts

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is typically in her Ruler uniform. She has wavy white hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is an amazing painter.

History: Kilia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
