She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Oriff and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Tordrid hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tordrid alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
