She prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available she will default to her shortspear. She has wavy white hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Soapmaker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Melissa is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His silver hair is braided into rings. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.
