Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tippletoe does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Tippletoe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tippletoe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
