History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Barbena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mercenary who has hired her part-time. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Dariff was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
