History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Lone never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
