Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Thorin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Nyx reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Nyx was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
