Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nogu never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
