History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family.
