History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Vondal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Vondal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Detective, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This woman dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a green coat with red slacks. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her left hand. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Gurdis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gurdis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
