History: Paggen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Delg is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
