Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Gurdis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting drow, the young Gurdis began to lead the lost caravan. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carpenter.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. He wears his blonde hair up. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: An older man who is dressed in earthy colors with a red and grey handkerchief worn on his left side, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is short and golden. His eyes are green.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a blue shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was born in the east. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Drusilia took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
