History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Through the years after Valafar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valafar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
