History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Sailor like her father before her.

History: She was born in the north. Loopmottin liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
