History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: An older woman who wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paela embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Roondar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job
