Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Rezena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is greedy
