Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Fistula was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: This light-skinned male dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Howard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Howard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Howard. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
