Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Balam and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
