History: She was born in the south. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Grigi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She struck the Spice Merchant job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and many orcs want her driven away
