History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: Born in the west to a Seamstress, Vistra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Vistra has worked very hard to control her curse. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for her, and Akra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
