When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Criella's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Criella took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Halimath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Halimath was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
