Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and sabotage a competitor
