History: She got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Crown-heir job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Donella isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
