History: William was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Sapply was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
