Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She became a Tanner soon after.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Revenge; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
