Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: Standing 5'8", this woman prefers to wear flannel. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She takes great joy in being the best Mason in town.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She found a children's book about a Halfling Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.

History: Verin hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Jeweler.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and many brigands want her driven away
